**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to our Corporate Sales Team
* Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
* Processing a variety of orders and managing customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Utilizing our customer service tools, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce, and Customer Contact Tool
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console
* Collaborating with our Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support and account maintenance
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
* A proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information
* Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
* Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
* Experience working in a customer service environment, with a focus on order management and customer care
* Familiarity with our customer service tools, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce, and Customer Contact Tool
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field
