We provide a wide range of services, including Call Center solutions, Market Research, IT Support, Marketing and Digital Consultation, and more, to Fortune 500 companies across various industries. **Job Summary** As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet personal and customer service targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide information regarding customer products and services, answer questions, and resolve customer inquiries or concerns via phone, email, and/or chat. * Receive inbound calls or make outbound calls, identify and assess customers' needs to exceed customer satisfaction at first point of contact. * Meet personal/customer service targets, KPIs, and call handling quotas based on program specifics. * Utilize computer and business software programs, such as email, internet, chat tools, and CRMs, to track customer interactions and notes. **Requirements** * A passion for talking on the phone and providing exceptional customer support. * Customer Service or Call Center experience, with a proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction in each interaction. * Positive attitude, professional communication skills, and a desire to go above and beyond. * Strong people skills, including being friendly, empathetic, and a good listener. * Tech-savvy, with the ability to comfortably and simultaneously toggle between multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and client CRM systems. **Remote Opportunity Requirements** * A quiet and undisturbed place to work with fast and reliable internet that can be plugged directly into a computer. * Internet speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload. * A home router with an Ethernet link to a PC/Laptop, as well as a dependable power strip. * A mobile phone in lieu of a landline, with unlimited landline minutes and strong cell service/battery life. **Benefits** * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance **Shift** * 8-hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift **Application Question(s)** * Are you able to commute to Oxford, OH for Orientation? **Location** * Cincinnati, OH (Required) **Ability to Commute** * Cincinnati, OH (Required) **Work Location** * Remote If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and want to join a dynamic team that's committed to making a difference, apply now to become an arenaflex Call Center Customer Service Representative!
