**Essential and Preferred Qualifications**
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, including the ability to analyze customer issues and find solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, including the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

**Experience**

**Working Hours**
• Flexible scheduling with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
