**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to resolve their inquiries, issues, and requests. You will work closely with our subject matter experts, other team members, and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely responses
* Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
* Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
* Maintain call center database by entering information and documenting customer interaction
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and knowledge management
* Develop reporting requirements by supervisor or manager
* Handle Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assist other team members
* Assist in the training of new-hires and participate in quality assurance activities
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in using computer software applications, including CRM systems and databases
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
