As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, resolving issues, and driving business growth through proactive communication and collaboration. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing customer support in an independent work environment, serving as the customer-facing voice and developing creative solutions to customer issues. * Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process and ensure timely resolution. * Determining when hospital requests require escalation, based on complexity or high-priority needs, and escalating issues to the relevant teams. * Solving customer complaints and documenting them in our CRM system to ensure seamless issue resolution. * Effectively coordinating collaboration between internal departments (sales, customer service, delivery, and accounts receivable) to ensure 100% service level to customers while adhering to company quality and revenue recognition policies. * Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships. * Processing all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures. * Providing feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology. * Consistently demonstrating a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment. * Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. * Potential specialized representative for CSR's or POC's. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to customer issues. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results. * Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to document customer interactions and issues. * Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless issue resolution and 100% service level to customers. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. * Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements. * Certification in customer service or a related field. * Experience with CRM systems and customer support software. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal departments. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
