We are dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health services to our clients. Our practice specializes in play therapy, trauma-informed care, and family-centered treatment. We serve teens, parents and families, professionals, educators across a broad range of clinical areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, and behavioral and emotional regulation.

• LMFT, or LCSW with at least 1-year post-licensure experience or...
• AMFT applicants should be registered associates and need to have a minimum of 1500 hours of practical experience.

Job Summary
In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises, parent support, and consultation. The therapist will be responsible for maintaining a caseload, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients. The candidate must be tech-savvy and comfortable using various digital platforms to deliver high-quality care. We’ve built a practice where clinicians feel supported, respected, and inspired.
Responsibilities
• Perform intake assessments
• Provide high-quality counseling services to meet the assessed needs of the clients
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field
• Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license or Associate Registration
• Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Available to work 20-25 clinical hours per week plus administrative time
Participate in weekly consultation/staff meeting by sharing clinical expertise
