Senior HRIS Workday Functional Analyst (Remote Possible)

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of First American's HR technology strategy and the role of Workday within it.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and support to HR and other stakeholders on system capabilities, best practices, and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to optimize HR processes and drive system enhancements.
Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance Management.
Ensure successful and timely delivery of Workday projects, including managing project plans, timelines, and resources.
Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues, providing timely and effective solutions to users.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, procedures, and training materials.
Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and new features, proactively identifying opportunities for system optimization and process improvements.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure effective integration of Workday with other HR systems and applications.
Provide training and support to HR and other end-users, promoting self-service and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Participate in user acceptance testing and perform system testing to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to system performance and data integrity.
Uphold data privacy and security standards, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Foster a customer-focused and collaborative culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of HR technology policies, procedures, and standards.
