Sr. Manager, IT Internal Audit & Advisory

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sr. Manager, IT Internal Audit & Advisory. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal control structure and providing valuable insights for enhancing our IT processes. Conduct IT audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them.
Analyze and interpret audit findings to provide valuable insights for enhancing IT processes and controls.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
Develop and maintain IT audit policies, procedures, and standards.
Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Develop and present audit reports to senior management, including recommendations for improvement.
Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall effectiveness of the internal control structure.
Collaborate with external auditors to provide necessary information and support for external audits.
Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Lead and support the development and maintenance of IT risk assessments.
Champion a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.
Participate in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
Act as a subject matter expert on IT audit and risk management matters.
Conduct training sessions for employees on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization's IT processes and controls.
