Since 2006, we’ve grown to more than 65 locations worldwide, serving churros, Fairtrade coffee, ice cream, and cakes in a fun and welcoming environment. We’re now expanding into Colorado and building a strong remote team to support our U.S. operations. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist who can confidently take ownership of the accounts receivable function. This is a fully remote role, but you’ll work closely with our finance and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing financial processes independently. What You’ll Be Doing • Manage the full accounts receivable process including billing, collections, and payment tracking • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up to ensure timely payments • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies • Prepare reports such as aging summaries and cash flow insights • Support month-end and year-end closing activities • Work with internal teams to resolve billing questions quickly • Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency What We’re Looking For • At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes • Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar • Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong communication and organizational skills • High attention to detail and accuracy What You’ll Get • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Paid sick time • Life insurance • Disability insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Commuter assistance • Free parking if in-person visits are ever needed Why Join Us Joining San Churro means being part of an internationally recognized brand entering the U.S. market.
