**Key Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling lost and stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution
* Resolving customer disputes and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Background check required
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi)
* Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) Smartphone
* Ability to problem solve
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
* Experience working in a remote call center environment (Preferred)
* Knowledge of banking and financial services (Preferred)
