Remote BIM & Digital Construction Lead

Our client, a cutting-edge construction technology firm, is seeking a visionary Remote BIM & Digital Construction Lead. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to drive innovation in construction methodologies from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and other digital construction technologies across our projects. Your expertise will guide our teams in leveraging advanced modeling, simulation, and data management tools to enhance project efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Key responsibilities include leading the development and enforcement of BIM standards and protocols, managing BIM project execution plans, coordinating with design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of digital workflows, and identifying and integrating new digital tools and technologies. You will also be involved in training and mentoring project teams on BIM software and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in BIM management within the construction industry, a deep understanding of construction processes, and a proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives. Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360) and a strong grasp of related technologies (e.g., laser scanning, reality capture, AR/VR) are essential. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are critical for success in this remote role, as you will be interacting with diverse stakeholders.
