Lead Early Childhood Educator - Remote Training & Development

This is a crucial, fully remote position focused on creating and delivering high-quality professional development programs for educators nationwide. You will play a key role in designing curriculum, developing engaging training modules, and facilitating virtual workshops that empower early childhood professionals. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of child development theories, evidence-based pedagogical practices, and effective adult learning strategies. Your responsibilities will include researching current trends and best practices in early childhood education, developing training materials in various formats (e.g., online courses, webinars, guides), and leading interactive virtual sessions. You will collaborate with a team of subject matter experts, instructional designers, and program managers to ensure the impact and relevance of the training programs. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential for engaging diverse groups of adult learners remotely. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and professional development resources for early childhood educators. Design engaging and interactive curriculum for online courses, webinars, and virtual workshops. Facilitate live virtual training sessions, fostering active participation and knowledge sharing. Research and stay current with best practices, emerging trends, and research in early childhood education. Create a variety of training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and digital content. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys and outcome evaluations. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and impactful. Provide guidance and support to early childhood educators participating in training programs. Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the organization's professional development offerings. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among educators. Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in early childhood education, including direct teaching experience. Demonstrated experience in adult education, curriculum development, and training facilitation. Deep understanding of child development, pedagogy, and best practices in early learning settings. Proficiency in designing and delivering virtual training using various online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, LMS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. Creative and innovative approach to instructional design and content development.
