Remote Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

What You’ll Love • No cold calling | No lead fees – 100% inbound, pre-screened leads • Competitive pay + uncapped bonuses – $20–$22/hour + monthly commissions • Clear promotional paths • Top earners make $100K+ annually • Paid training & licensing support – 5-week sales training program • 100% remote, full-time role • Unlimited overtime during AEP (Oct 15–Dec 7) What You’ll Do • Educate Medicare-eligible consumers on plan options • Conduct consultative sales conversations with a customer-first approach • Match customers with Medicare plans that meet their needs • Accurately document and navigate multiple systems • Deliver compliant, high-quality customer experiences Required Qualifications • 1–2 years of Medicare Advantage sales experience • Active Health Insurance License (resident state) • Release from all prior carrier appointments • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime during AEP Release Letter Required Prior to Offer Must include agent name, carriers to be released, release date (within 10 days of hire), and principal signature on company letterhead.
