Hybrid Remote LCSW Supervisor (Bilingual) A Bilingual (Spanish/English) LCSW Supervisor is needed for one of Marin County's only ASW Social Work Fellowship programs in Novato, CA. This position offers hybrid-remote flexibility, with 40% remote and 60% on-site. The LCSW Fellowship Supervisor will have split time between seeing their own patients and training ASWs in the fellowship program. The program has a specific focus: First-generation bicultural clinicians aspiring to become LCSWs. The patient panel is also largely first-generation and bicultural. We are seeking candidates with a passion for training bicultural clinicians and serving bicultural clients. Part-time hours are available, as are full-time (between 0.6 FTE - 1.0 FTE). Salary and Benefits • Salary range: $112,000 to $142,000 (depending on experience) • Sign on bonus: $20,000 (program terms apply -- paid at 30 days) • Hybrid remote role: 40% remote, 60% in-clinic • Student loan forgiveness (HRSA/NHSC site) • Paid Vacation Time (3 Weeks in first year, 4 weeks in second year) • 10 paid holidays • Health, Dental and Vision insurance for individuals and families (multiple plans to choose from) • Retirement Package – 403(b) • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • CME – Time off and allowance • Malpractice Insurance Responsibilities • Supervise 3 to 4 ASWs in the fellowship training program (1.5 days out of the week if full-time) • 4 patients per day (3.5 days of seeing patients, 1.5 days of supervising/teaching in the fellowship program for full-time). • Maintain appropriate staff levels and participate in recruitment. • Onboard, train, and support continued development of staff. • Co-leads the ASW training program • Co-teaches weekly didactic seminars on a variety of topics related to integrated behavioral health practice. • Provide evidence-based treatment to patients (adults and children) with mild to moderate behavioral health needs. • EMR system is EPIC • Reports to the Associate Director of Behavioral Health Requirements • Bilingual English/Spanish is required – must be able to provide 1 on 1 therapy sessions in Spanish. • Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience. • Experience with managing or supervising clinical staff/ASWs is highly preferred. • Employer requires that all employees provide paperwork stating they have received the COVID shots, unless you have an exemption; in which case, provide the exemption paperwork. • Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a valid California State License and Registration.
