Per Diem RN supervisor (Remote)

As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking an experienced and reliable per diem Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. This role is fully remote and will involve overseeing clinical operations on an as-needed basis, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining excellence in patient care delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, prior supervisory experience, and a passion for supporting both patients and healthcare professionals. This is a flexible, per diem position perfect for a motivated RN looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing agency. Duties • Supervise nursing staff • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, HIPAA regulations, and documentation requirements using EMR systems like Cerner, Epic, or Athenahealth. • Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, IV infusion management, catheter care, tube feeding, and other complex medical procedures including ventilator management and spinal taps. • Lead incident investigations related to patient safety or compliance issues; prepare detailed reports for quality assurance purposes. • New Grad Welcome Job Type: Contract Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
