We are committed to creating software that has a positive impact on our community, and we are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Project Manager - Software Development (Customer-Facing) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * **Project Leadership**: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * **Customer-Facing Communications**: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the project lifecycle. Understand and articulate client requirements, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and customer expectations. Proactively manage and resolve client issues or concerns while maintaining a positive and professional relationship. * **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to drive project success. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to encourage productivity and creativity. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members, ensuring clarity on project objectives and tasks. * **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively. Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. * **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
