Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Freelance Content Writer to support ongoing client and internal content initiatives. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, ideal for writers who are highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing their own workflow while collaborating within a structured, project-driven environment. Contractors will receive project assignments with defined scope, expectations, and deadlines, while maintaining full control over how and when the work is completed. Scope of Work • Write high-quality, original content for: • Websites • Blog articles • Landing pages • Marketing materials • Follow brand voice and content guidelines provided per project • Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevance • Incorporate SEO best practices into content • Submit deliverables aligned with project expectations and deadlines • Revise content based on feedback when necessary How Work Is Structured • Work is assigned on a project-by-project basis through a designated point of contact • Each assignment includes defined scope, expectations, and deadlines • Contractors independently manage their workflow and execution • Collaboration may occur through shared tools (e.g., project management systems, documents, messaging platforms) Qualifications • Strong writing skills • Excellent command of grammar, tone, and structure • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines • Experience writing for digital platforms (websites, blogs, SEO content) • Strong research skills • Familiarity with SEO best practices is preferred Compensation Compensation is structured on an hourly basis, depending on the scope of work. • Hourly rate: $20 Payments are issued on a biweekly basis. While the Company aims to provide consistent project opportunities, there is no guarantee of a minimum number of hours, and workload may vary based on project needs. Contractors may log time associated with completed work using Company systems for administrative and payment purposes. This logging is not used to control work schedules or require specific working hours. Important Classification Notice This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
