**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and supporting the success of our Service Business Development Department. You'll work closely with our Service Managers to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Understand and execute all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers
* Take all overflow inbound service calls, providing world-class service and support to our customers
* Assist customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery
* Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience is consistently exceptional
* Maintain a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support
**Qualifications**
* Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
* Professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality

* Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
