**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and develop innovative solutions that exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Research and test operating systems-level software compilers, and network distribution software to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Plan, architect, deploy, or support complex client/server or base software systems to meet customer needs.
* Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
* Establish standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes that result in comprehensive, scalable recovery plans across multiple groups and services.
* Develop or contribute to creating implementation, validation, and rollback plans to ensure smooth deployment and minimal downtime.
* Lead investigations of problems using standard and custom problem management tools and processes to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and develop innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics, or a related field.
* 12 months of experience providing customer technical readiness, delivery support services, on-premise and remote technical support, solution development, and account management.
* 12 months of experience in each of the following:
+ Azure
+ Azure Services
+ CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
+ SQL Server
+ Linux
+ Kubernetes
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, including Azure and AWS.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with cloud-based security and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and PCI-DSS.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

* A base salary range of $128,502 to $158,502 per year.
