Senior Surface & Graphic Designer, Faith-Based Apparel

• *About the job** Holy Pals is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional • *Senior Surface & Graphic Designer,** to help grow our brand! At Holy Pals, we create premium, scripture-based products that help wrap children in the Word of God. As our assortment continues to expand, we are looking for a highly creative, organized, and brand-sensitive leader to own the artwork development for our • *daywear category** . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a beautiful eye, strong taste, and a deep love for creating meaningful artwork for children’s apparel. You will play a major role in bringing our collections to life through original concepts, strong visual storytelling, and artwork that feels elevated, joyful, and distinctly Holy Pals. This role reports directly to the founders. • *What You’ll Do** As • *Senior Surface & Graphic Designer** , you will own the artwork development for our daywear category from concept through founder approval. You will: • Lead the creative development of all • *daywear artwork,** and help in other areas such as sleepwear and accessories as needed • Create original concepts for placement graphics, motifs, embroidery ideas, applique/patch directions, and other daywear-specific artwork • Translate collection themes, scriptural inspiration, and product direction into beautiful, commercially strong art • Source freelance talent when specialized support is needed, review submissions, provide clear feedback, and refine artwork to meet Holy Pals’ quality bar • Ensure all artwork is cohesive, premium, on-brand, and appropriate for the product category • Partner closely with product development and design to ensure artwork works well for garment type, age range, fabrication, and application • Present artwork concepts and complete revisions to the founders for final approval • Organize files, rounds, revisions, and approvals according to process • Manage multiple projects and launch timelines with excellence • *What We’re Looking For** We’re looking for someone who combines • *strong creative instincts** with • *great execution** . You may be a fit if you have: • 5+ years of experience in apparel graphics, textile design, placement graphics, surface design, illustration, art direction, or a related creative role • A strong portfolio that shows excellent taste, • *drawing ability, color selection, hand lettering, typography** , graphic development, and brand consistency • Experience developing artwork for apparel, children’s products, or related categories • A strong sense of color, composition, storytelling, and motif development • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines • Excellent communication skills and the ability to give thoughtful, clear creative feedback • A love for premium children’s brands, emotionally resonant design, and purpose-driven products • Strong knowledge of the Bible, with the ability to thoughtfully translate Scripture into meaningful, on-brand artwork If you are passionate about creating premium, faith-filled children’s apparel and want to play a key role in shaping a growing brand, we would love to hear from you. • *To apply, please submit your resume and portfolio.
