  • Reservation Management: Assist customers with complete flight reservations, including booking new flights, modifying existing reservations, processing cancellations, and handling upgrades. You'll ensure all transactions are accurate, comply with airline policies, and meet the specific needs of each traveler.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer concerns, complaints, and special requests in a professional and empathetic manner. You'll work diligently to find solutions that satisfy both the customer and adhere to arenaflex policies, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Travel Information: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing detailed information about flight schedules, destinations, airport procedures, baggage policies, visa requirements, and travel advisories. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions about their travel plans.
  • Product and Service Promotion: Inform customers about arenaflex promotions, special offers, loyalty programs, and additional services such as preferred seating, priority boarding, and travel insurance. Encourage participation in our rewards programs to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. This includes documenting the nature of inquiries, actions taken, outcomes achieved, and any follow-up required. Your attention to detail ensures continuity of service and helps arenaflex continuously improve our customer experience.
  • Compliance and Quality: Adhere to all airline policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain high standards of quality in every interaction, following scripts and guidelines while also exercising good judgment to handle unique situations appropriately.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following requirements:
