Position Overview: Premium Customer Experience Concierge

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Premium Customer Experience Concierge to join our elite Member Services team. This pivotal role involves delivering superior assistance to our most valued cardmembers visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge located at the IAH Airport. As the face of arenaflex to our distinguished guests, you will serve as a brand ambassador, embodying our commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Our Premium Customer Experience Concierges are highly skilled professionals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our premium cardmembers. In this client-facing role, you will provide comprehensive travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that exceed expectations. Working as part of a cohesive team, you will represent the arenaflex brand with distinction while helping our cardmembers navigate their needs with personalized solutions that strengthen their relationship with our organization.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Member Services team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand promise to life. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Warm Welcomes & Seamless Access: Greeting our valued cardmembers upon their arrival at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge, ensuring they receive immediate and gracious access to our premium amenities and services.
  • End-to-End Experience Ownership: Taking complete accountability for the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting positive impression.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Developing creative solutions to address client concerns or issues, transforming potential challenges into opportunities to build brand loyalty and create enthusiastic advocates for arenaflex.
  • Client-First Philosophy: Applying our "Client First" mindset in every interaction, actively listening to understand client needs and expectations, then exceeding them with thoughtful recommendations and actions.
  • Concierge & Lifestyle Expertise: Providing expert concierge recommendations and lifestyle guidance, helping cardmembers discover premium experiences tailored to their preferences.
  • Travel Support & Booking Assistance: Offering valuable travel advice and light reservation assistance to help streamline our cardmembers' journeys.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to ensure seamless service delivery and accommodate the diverse needs of our discerning cardmembers.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of recent experience providing premium client service in high-end hospitality, airline, lounge, or travel industry environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with reservation systems and comfortable navigating various technology platforms.
  • Genuine passion for anticipating client needs and proactively delivering solutions that delight.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to charm and engage clients in every interaction.
  • Active listening capabilities that enable you to understand client needs and provide relevant, personalized recommendations resulting in high satisfaction.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude across all interactions.
