About the Warehouse Associate Role

As a Warehouse Associate at arenaflex, you'll be working in our retail fulfillment centers (we call them "quick commerce hubs" or convenience store locations), where customers order their comfort items through the arenaflex application. Your mission is to ensure that every order is picked accurately, packed securely, and handed off to our delivery partners – all while maintaining the highest standards of inventory management and warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking and Packing: Accurately select items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders received through the app. Carefully pack orders to ensure items arrive in pristine condition, and prepare packages for handover to our delivery partners.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, receive inventory shipments, and manage product organization. Track expiration dates and rotate stock properly to minimize waste and ensure product quality.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Communicate professionally with customers when substitutions are needed. Ensure customer preferences are acknowledged and approved, creating a positive shopping experience even when their first choice isn't available.
• Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure order accuracy, packaging integrity, and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members, shift supervisors, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
