Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hybrid Remote Customer Support Analyst to join our growing customer success team. Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive assistance to customers experiencing technical and operational challenges. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding complex products and services with patience, empathy, and expertise. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide step-by-step guidance, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize multiple system tools adeptly to diagnose and resolve user queries. This includes working with PC hardware and software, mainframe systems, and client-server environments to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- System Utilization: Navigate and leverage various support platforms, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases to document issues, track progress, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain stringent quality control standards in every customer interaction. Adhere to established protocols, follow best practices, and continuously seek ways to improve the overall support experience.
- Training and Development: Participate actively in training sessions for new business applications, products, and processes. Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

- HIPAA Compliance: Maintain annual HIPAA certification and ensure all customer interactions comply with healthcare privacy regulations and organizational policies.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Background: Associate Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment is required. Ideal candidates will have experience with PC hardware and software, mainframe systems, and client-server architectures.
