About the Role

- Leverage advanced analytics and reporting tools including dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within assigned accounts.

- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand local, regional, and national market conditions, including competitor information, pricing strategies, sales trends, and marketing distribution methods.

- Optimize business opportunities that align with sales targets and return-on-investment (ROI) goals, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiation discussions with customers to secure favorable terms, renewals, and expansion opportunities while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of progressive experience in technical customer engagement and account management, including demonstrable experience in generating product sales and conducting negotiations.
- Technical Proficiency: The candidate must possess comprehensive experience in the following areas:
- Project management methodologies and practices (24 months)

Compensation and Benefits
