TMSA Public Charter Schools is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Concord Campus. The primary role involves ensuring efficient daily operations, strong communication, and compliance in a virtual school environment.
Responsibilities
- Manages student enrollment, records, and onboarding
- Coordinates communication with families and staff
- Supports attendance tracking and compliance documentation
- Assists with scheduling and reporting
- Coordinates logistics for testing and required in-person activities
- Maintains organized systems and operational workflows
- Other duties assigned by the Principal
Skills
- Experience in school operations or administrative support
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
