Regulatory Attorney
Polymarket is seeking a Regulatory Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to support legal and regulatory strategy for a cutting-edge U.S., CFTC-regulated exchange and clearing organization. The role involves direct engagement with regulators and requires a strong understanding of derivatives, exchange, and clearing regulation, as well as financial market structure.
Requirements
• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership
• 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with the Commodity Exchange Act, CFTC regulations, and related market structure
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Strong judgment and ability to translate legal requirements into practical business guidance
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with CFTC processes (preferred)
• Familiarity with prediction markets (preferred)
• Experience with FCMs and IBs (preferred)
• Interest in emerging technologies (preferred)
