This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in brand design, digital content creation, and visual marketing for a mission-driven brand reaching 250K+ Gen Z and Millennial women.

About Miss EmpowHer
Miss EmpowHer is a women's community that offers tailored professional development, networking, and lifestyle experiences for Gen Z and Millennial women. The brand combines content creation, community-building, and curated experiences to empower women in personal and professional growth. We are looking for interns who want to gain experience and skills in areas such as Graphic Design, Branding, Digital Content Creation, and more.
Key Responsibilities
The Graphic Design Intern will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding Miss EmpowHer's visual brand presence. Your work will focus on:
Brand & Content Design:
- Design on-brand graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and email newsletters
- Create visually compelling carousels, infographics, promotional flyers, and event materials
- Develop templates and design assets that can be scaled and reused across the team
Event & Campaign Visuals:
- Design promotional materials for Miss EmpowHer events such as Women Who Network and Sip & Socialize
- Support the production of digital and print-ready assets for brand partnerships and sponsorships
- Assist in creating pitch decks, one-pagers, and branded presentations
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all visual content adheres to Miss EmpowHer's brand guidelines, color palette, and typography standards
- Collaborate with the social media, events, and PR teams to deliver cohesive visual storytelling
- Maintain and organize a shared library of design assets and templates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Canva (required) and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
- Eye for aesthetics with an understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to take creative direction and produce polished work within defined brand guidelines
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to deliver quality work on deadline in a remote environment
- A genuine passion for Miss EmpowHer's mission of women's empowerment, professional growth, and community
