Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications is a strategic hands-on leader responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication initiatives that advance organizational goals, strengthen brand presence, and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and employees. This role oversees multi-channel campaigns, internal and external communications, vendor and partner relationships, and digital platform, including website and intranet governance, with special accountability for LinkedIn strategy, employee experience communications, sales enablement, and go-to market strategies. The Senior Manager Marketing and Communications ensures alignment across all marketing activities, drives engagement, and leverages data-driven insights to optimize performance and provide service excellence.

Equal parts strategist and doer, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, well-executed communications that make complex ideas simple, elevate the brand, and create meaningful connections with the audiences we serve. This role is part of a collaborative, creative, and fun marketing team that values curiosity, momentum, and doing great work together.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, and communications leadership roles, with 3+ years managing a design and communications team
  • Proven experience leading content development, internal and external communications, and brand initiatives
  • Demonstrated success supporting product launches with compelling messages and visual assets
  • Exceptional writing, editing, visual, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and strong computer skills, including experience utilizing social media tools
  • Occasional travel to branch offices and/or conferences
  • Ability to work and interact smoothly and effectively across multiple marketing channels in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong presentation skills to present to internal and external client facing audiences
  • Demonstrated experience planning communication, marketing, and brand strategies
  • Experience in setting and achieving measurable goals, creating and implementing marketing and communication plans.
  • Ability to work independently and make logic-based  decisions consistent with divisional objectives and in a timely manner
  • Resourceful in the ability to identify and obtain new sources of information
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and must be able to meet project timelines and goals
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and can apply in a team setting
  • Analytical and creative thinker able to recognize patterns and trends as they develop and understand the strategic impact of those trends on the organization.

Preferred Requirements

  • Healthcare payer / TPA industry background a plus
  • Prior experience providing direct communication support to executive leadership would be desirable

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$67,600.00 - $127,000.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
