Our team is passionate about providing Living Excellence, and we're seeking like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Relations Advisor, you'll be responsible for assisting current and potential residents at arenaflex communities nationwide. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and creating lasting impressions through your interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting potential residents with detailed leasing information for arenaflex Communities nationwide, including creating quotes and scheduling leasing appointments * Showcasing the value of community features as they relate to customers' needs * Assisting current residents with requests for maintenance, emergency dispatch, and other community-related questions and issues * Accurately capturing resident and prospect information for communication and record-keeping * Ensuring excellent customer relations by responding to requests by phone, email, SMS, and chat in a timely manner and always maintaining a customer-focused attitude * Escalating issues through the appropriate channels when necessary * Using problem-solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations as they arise * Consistently meeting all performance standards, including schedule adherence, average handle time, productivity, and call quality * Taking an active role in ensuring department goals and objectives are being met or exceeded **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree preferred * Work from home, remote environment * Experience in a customer-related field required, experience in the multi-family industry or a contact center environment preferred * Must have a customer-focused attitude and creative problem-solving skills to handle difficult situations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction * Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong documentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with excellent typing skills required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook * Must have the ability to multi-task on various technology platforms while engaged in conversation with customers * Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required * In the event of an internet or power outage, the employee must have the ability to relocate to complete their shift * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus * Ability to sit for extended periods of time * Must have a stable internet connection and be connected via an ethernet cable at all times * Employees are to adhere to arenaflex's Professional Image guidelines and be readily available to be on camera for all meetings * Employee will be responsible for obtaining a suitable desk and computer chair; all arenaflex-provided equipment for the related position must be utilized **Benefits and Compensation** arenaflex offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including: * Paid time off * Medical/dental/vision insurance * 401(k) and employee share purchase plan * Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus, determined by various factors, such as individual contribution and company performance * Business Support Center Analysts, Shared Services Analysts, and Customer Relations Advisors may also be eligible for a discretionary quarterly bonus based on individual contribution, company performance, and other factors to be determined by the company The pay range for this role is $20 to $29 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
