**Experienced Full Stack Customer Engagement Analyst – Digital Marketing Analysis Lead**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Engagement Analyst to join our Consumer Insights and Analytics organization, working remotely from anywhere in the US or Arlington, VA. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in improving the prioritization, efficiency, and impact of member-facing communications across marketing, operational, and regulatory communications. You'll drive adoption of analytical insights, establish customer and business impact-focused prioritization, and identify new opportunities to improve member and business outcomes – all while minimizing member friction. **About arenaflex** arenaflex Inc.
