We're committed to creating a work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee growth. **Job Description** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, including: * Responding to incoming telephone calls, emails, and letters in a timely and efficient manner * Serving as a liaison between inspectors and clients to resolve questions and issues * Communicating with inspectors and inspection managers to ensure compliance with client policies and HUD requirements * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including reinspection approvals and customer questions * Collaborating with McCright co-workers, client staff members, and supervisors to ensure project success **Key Responsibilities** * Operate phone and computer systems to provide efficient and effective customer service * Serve as a liaison between inspectors and clients to resolve questions and issues * Provide customer service for incoming telephone calls, emails, and letters * Communicate with inspectors and inspection managers to ensure compliance with client policies and HUD requirements * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Ensure that client policies and procedures, as well as HUD requirements and guidelines, are observed in day-to-day operations * Exercise discretion in all matters regarding general business operations of arenaflex **Qualifications** * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required) * High school diploma or GED (required) * 1-3 years of work experience in customer service (preferred) * Ability to establish, maintain, and promote effective working relationships with departmental employees, co-workers, vendors, consultants, contractors, and landlords/tenants * Ability to effectively communicate with people from a broad range of socio-economic backgrounds * Ability to work productively in a variety of working conditions and environments * Accurate typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40wpm * Ability to prepare and present ideas in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in written form **Physical Requirements** * Must be able to read various documents and operate office equipment (75-100%) * Must have acute hearing ability (75-100%) * Must be able to sit for extended periods (75-100%) * Must have ability to perform repetitive hand motions (75-100%) **Work Environment** * Work-from-home opportunity with flexible scheduling * Hybrid remote work arrangement in Chattanooga, TN 37421 * Competitive salary range: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour * Benefits package includes: + 401(k) + Dental insurance + Flexible schedule + Health insurance + Paid time off + Vision insurance + Work-from-home opportunity **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and bilingual individual looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply today!
