About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and performance-focused Content Writer to join our growing content team. This role demands creativity, precision, and the ability to write high-quality content that drives business results.
You’ll be responsible for producing a minimum of 80,000 words per month across blogs, ebooks, landing pages, ad copy, email marketing, and social media—always with SEO and conversion in mind. Prior experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT, WriteSonic, etc.) to scale and refine your writing is expected.
In Detail:
Content Creation & Strategy
● Write long- and short-form content including blogs, ebooks, landing pages, and case studies.
● Craft high-converting ad copy for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Programmatic).
● Produce engaging copy for social media calendars and CRM email flows.
● Follow brand voice guidelines and tailor tone across B2B and B2C verticals.
● Understand the role of keywords, readability, funnel stages, and conversion paths.
SEO Writing & On-Page Optimization
● Implement on-page best practices including keyword placement, H-tag structures, internal linking, and meta descriptions.
● Collaborate with SEO strategists on content briefs, keyword clusters, and content calendars.
● Optimize existing content for improved rankings and CTR.
● Monitor content performance with tools like SEMrush, Search Console, and GA4.
AI-Enhanced Efficiency
● Use AI tools to draft outlines, scale ideation, and improve turnaround time.
● Know when to rely on AI and when to write from scratch for quality and originality.
● Stay up to date on AI tools that support content planning, writing, and optimization.
Performance & Results
● Write with performance in mind: support SEO rankings, paid media ROI, email open rates, and lead generation.
● Understand basic funnel strategy and how content supports different buyer stages.
● Collaborate with designers, media managers, and analysts to ensure content drives results.
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience writing for digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
● Portfolio showing experience with SEO writing, performance ad copy, and rich content (ebooks, whitepapers, landing pages).
● Familiarity with content marketing funnels and how to adapt tone for top, middle, and bottom of funnel (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu).
● Proficiency in using AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, WriteSonic, Grammarly).
● Ability to write high volumes of content without sacrificing quality.
● Strong knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
● Experience writing email sequences in CRM platforms (RD Station, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
● Basic understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Search Console) to evaluate content performance.
● Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
● Advanced Spanish with a formal background in writing (eg Journalism Degree). English proficiency required.
