We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Certinia Software Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA module, a strong understanding of business processes, and experience in software configuration. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions, optimizing workflows, and driving business transformation for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Design, configure, and implement Certinia (FinancialForce) solutions that align with client needs.
• Analyze and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements.
• Configure and customize Certinia applications, including PSA (Professional Services Automation), ERP, or Financial Management modules.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Perform data migrations, integrations, and system testing to ensure seamless functionality.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Stay updated on Certinia product updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar PSA systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, professional services, and operations.
• Proven expertise in configuring Certinia PSA module required, Accounting, or ERP modules are a plus.
• Experience integrating Certinia with Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Proficiency in data migration and transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce certifications and/or Certinia certifications (e.g., FinancialForce Certified Professional) are a plus.
