Demand Planner

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing an unconstrained demand plan to support business objectives. On a daily basis, you will perform finished goods rationalization in close coordination with cross‑functional teams. You will also play a key role in measuring, reporting, and driving continuous improvement in demand planning accuracy.

The work model for the role is: Remote

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This position contributes to the Electrification Smart Power division, providing support to the Mebane, NC factory from Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product families
• Utilize statistical forecasting tools and methodologies.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer inputs.
• Leads the analysis and continuous improvement of the Stock Policy, ensuring inventory parameters remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with operational requirements.
• Lead strategic initiatives for Excess & Obsolescence (E&O).

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in forecasting and purchasing, demand planning, or materials planning.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
