Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Becoming proficient in all knowledge base requirements to resolve clients' needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Becoming proficient in all platforms, systems, and tools used to maintain client records, transactions, documentation, and relevant data.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of conversations in designated systems to ensure seamless handoff continuity and client profile accuracy.
  • Managing high volumes of tasks in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  • Identifying client needs, researching issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs.
  • Building sustainable relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and advocacy.
  • Meeting and/or exceeding established inbound call quality guidelines and key performance criteria.
  • Providing excellent client service and advocacy, working across the organization as needed to resolve client requests.
  • Assisting clients with the onboarding process by providing status updates, guidance on next steps, and answering any questions they may have.
  • Dispatching available vehicles to clients across all regions on an inbound basis, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Effectively communicating to clients how to use arenaflex's client-facing tools, providing clear and concise instructions to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Performing other duties as deemed necessary by management, contributing to the growth and success of the arenaflex team.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • OR a different combination of education and experience, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience.
  • OR 7 years' experience in a related field.

Preferred Requirements

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge, which would be a strong plus in this role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in a phone or email context.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment, prioritizing tasks and adjusting to new situations.
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic, and demanding environment.
  • Demonstrated experience as a customer-focused, service-oriented professional, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
