**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents, and supplementing the background check review and documentation process. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Process Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
* Supplement the background check review and documentation process, ensuring that all necessary checks are completed and that our customers are eligible to market Medicare plans.
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, and to provide exceptional service to our customers.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes, and provide feedback and suggestions for improving our processes and procedures.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a production environment, customer service, and data entry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
