Keap (Infusionsoft) Email Marketing Specialist for Travel Brand (Funnels, Campaigns, Automation)

We are looking for an experienced Keap (Infusionsoft) Email Marketing Specialist to support our growing travel company with campaign setup, automation, and CRM organization. Our brand, Ladies Touch Events & Travel, creates curated group travel experiences for LGBTQ women worldwide. We are currently preparing for our 2027 travel launches and need a skilled expert to help us build a clean, strategic, and scalable email marketing system inside Keap. Scope of Work: You will be responsible for: Creating and building email campaigns in Keap Setting up automations and funnels (lead → nurture → conversion) Cleaning up and organizing existing lists and tags Improving segmentation and tagging structure Ensuring proper lead flow from forms/landing pages into campaigns Supporting overall email marketing strategy and optimization Key Projects Include: Waitlist / First Access email sequences Trip launch campaigns (sales + follow-up) Lead nurture sequences Re-engagement campaigns for non-booked leads CRM cleanup and restructuring Ideal Candidate: Proven experience working with Keap (Infusionsoft) Strong understanding of email marketing funnels and automation Experience with list segmentation, tagging, and CRM organization Strategic thinker who can optimize—not just execute Detail-oriented and organized Bonus: Experience in travel, events, or lifestyle brands Project Details: Project-based (initial setup for 2027 travel campaigns) Potential for ongoing part-time work based on performance Flexible hours, remote To Apply: Please include: Your experience with Keap (Infusionsoft), specifically automations and campaigns Examples of funnels or campaigns you’ve built Your availability over the next few weeks (Optional) Any suggestions you would make to improve an email marketing system like this Why Work With Us: We are in a strong growth phase and building long-term systems.
