Project Manager Mobilization - Remote + Travel
Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager Mobilization, RDN Preferred, who is responsible for transitioning programs from self op or competitor business to Aramark standards and programs. They will ensure full implementation of Aramark's standards, programs, procedures, and policies to include menus, recipes, service, image and communication for menu distribution and collection, diet office, tray assembly and delivery.
They will be accountable for the success, effectiveness, on-time delivery, and business outcomes of the patient dining program transition.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The annual salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $135,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform Healthcare account activation duties such as opening lead accountable for facilitating new account project plans, inclusive of onsite visits, as needed
• Manage a practical implementation path and handoff of activation in a simple, rigorous, and measurable manner
• Work in partnership with all stakeholders tailoring an opening plan ensuring successful account opening and ongoing momentum
• Enable delivery with speed and agility by clearly understanding all challenges and opportunities
• Move many multi-faceted and multi-tiered processes forward while maintaining attention to detail under extreme time pressures
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI by analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing processes; identify areas of improvement
• Aggressively manage implementation processes, improvement teams, and other stakeholdersCreate and present reports, develop and perform trainings as needed.
• Create documentation outlining process and program changes; provide troubleshooting and continuous improvement strategic thought leadership
• Employ resourcefulness drawing on diverse approaches to provide solutions and information to achieve desired outcomes
• Enable identification, resolution, and potential escalation of issues and mid-course correction/revision of plans
• Validate the expected plan execution and outcomes as defined/desired by Client/Aramark
• Identify and manage risks that may impede the plan success
Qualifications
Certification/License: Preferred, Registered Dietitian with active registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Certification/Licensure as required by state of practice. Master's degree preferred.
Education/Experience:Expertise in Healthcare food, environmental services and facilities operations. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in acute care patient dining operations with more than one type of patient dining delivery model experience. Multi-site responsibilities preferred. Has a working knowledge of CBORD. Experience with successful account site activation a must.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of clinical nutrition programs, regulatory compliance and professional clinical nutrition practice standards.
