This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of documentation, payroll-related QA processes, and compliance tracking across our home health services.<br><br> </div><div>The ideal candidate will have experience in <strong>home health operations, quality assurance, and medical documentation review</strong>, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Review, validate, and submit <strong>QA invoices</strong> and <strong>past due payroll items</strong> during payroll cycles</li> <li>Ensure timely <strong>faxing and submission of critical documents</strong>, including:<ul> <li>Discharge Summaries (DC Summary)</li> <li>Lab results</li> <li>Missed visit documentation</li> </ul> </li> <li>Audit patient records for completeness and attach all required documentation, including:<ul> <li>Consents</li> <li>PT & OT notes from outsourced agencies (Logix & HealthPro)</li> <li>Lab results and wound care images</li> </ul> </li> <li>Track and follow up on <strong>past due documentation</strong> by sending weekly reminders to clinicians and partner agencies</li> <li>Prepare and submit <strong>weekly QA work logs</strong> to leadership</li> <li>Monitor and resolve <strong>missed visits (MV)</strong> in coordination with the QA Manager</li> <li>Compile and maintain <strong>KPI reports</strong> for multiple locations (e.g., Richardson & Tyler), including:<ul> <li>QA compliance metrics</li> <li>Past due items</li> <li>Scheduling performance</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support process improvement initiatives to enhance documentation accuracy and compliance</li> </ul><div> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Prior experience in <strong>home health, healthcare QA, or medical administration</strong> required</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>home health documentation standards</strong> (e.g., consents, visit notes, labs)</li> <li>Experience working with <strong>EMR/EHR systems (Kinnser, Homecare Home Base)</strong> </li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setting</li> <li>Strong written communication skills (for follow-ups and reporting)</li> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel and reporting tools</strong> </li> </ul><div> <strong>Preferred Qualifications<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Experience working with <strong>U.S.-based home health agencies</strong> </li> <li>Familiarity with outsourced therapy providers (e.g., Logix, HealthPro)</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>QA processes, compliance standards, and KPI tracking</strong> </li> </ul><div> <strong>Work Schedule<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Must be available to work <strong>U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred)</strong> </li> <li>Flexibility required during <strong>payroll processing periods</strong> </li> </ul><div> <strong>Why Join Amcare Pro Home Health?<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Work remotely with a growing U.S.-based healthcare organization</li> <li>Opportunity to play a key role in improving patient care quality and compliance</li> <li>Collaborative and supportive team environment</li> </ul><div></div> </div> Apply To This Job
