Talent Analytics Consultant - Remote Leading software company is looking for a skilled Talent Analytics Consultant to join their People Analytics team in a remote capacity. This role is crucial for supporting HR analytics initiatives and driving data-informed decisions, contributing to a company known for its commitment to employee engagement and data-driven strategies. Shift of the Talent Analytics Consultant: 8 - 5 EST (1 hr lunch) Pay Rate/Salary of the Talent Analytics Consultant: $50 to $55/hr Responsibilities of the Talent Analytics Consultant: • Collect, analyze, and report on employee survey data to inform strategic HR decisions. • Support the design and implementation of employee listening initiatives aligned with business goals. • Interpret data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to HR and business leaders. • Develop and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms. • Generate predictive models for headcount and hiring to support workforce planning. Qualifications of the Talent Analytics Consultant: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred. • Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative HR data. • Proficiency in Excel, survey tools (Qualtrics, Employee Voice), data visualization platforms, and statistical tools (e.g., R, Python). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
