Salesforce Administrator
Position Summary:
This position involves day-to-day responsibilities that require independent judgment and discretion, contributing to the department’s ongoing success.
Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

• Use various Salesforce products to implement solutions that automate operations and support sales and servicing staff with their day-to-day operations.
• Onboard clients onto our Salesforce-based risk management portal.
• Present the benefits of our client-facing portals to prospective and existing clients.
• Interact with coworkers and clients to gather requirements, design and build solutions.
• Build reports within Salesforce and related technologies.
• Research the use of new technologies and products related to Salesforce to improve business processes.
Supervisory Duties:
• Not applicable.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Salesforce administration including Sales Cloud, custom objects, flow, automation and reporting
• Salesforce development technologies including Visualforce, Apex, SOQL and Lightning Components is a plus.
• Complimentary technologies such as CSS, SQL and JavaScript are a plus.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organization and research skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
Education and Work Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or the equivalent in work experience.

Salary:
The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 – $120,000 annually, plus benefits, and can vary based on location.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty and training. The hiring range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
