What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle alarms/security and access cameras for U-Haul centers across the nation
- Communicate with field team members about security-related matters
- Aid field team members in setting up security codes
- Assist customers who are unable to leave a U-Haul property (gates/elevators)
- Maintain detailed notes regarding security incidents and communications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Comfortable working with computers and handling multiple programs simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm and efficient when dealing with security matters
- Strong communication skills over the phone and in person
- Excellent note-taking skills
- Willingness to work overnight shifts from Wednesday night to Sunday morning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a security or customer service role
- Familiarity with security systems and protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills
