Tax Analyst (Hybrid - Denver)

EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform on a mission to digitally transform the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions. The Tax Analyst will support the Senior Tax Manager and VP, Tax with Federal, State & Local, and International tax matters, focusing on sales & use tax and accounting for taxes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with review of Federal & State income tax returns and ASC 740 provision
• Administrative tax support including processing payments, retrieving tax mail and assisting in response to tax notices
• Reconcile reports and data with the GL to ensure timely tax reporting by third-party vendor
• Prepare and file miscellaneous indirect tax returns as needed
• Retrieve tax mail and notices from our global HQ office
• Prepare monthly tax account reconciliations
• Provide federal, state, and foreign audit support as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Highly organized and thorough
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Solid financial knowledge
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), various ERP Systems and tax software
• Flexibility and responsiveness to change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
