The Retention Sales Development Representative will create and secure qualified business opportunities to retain and generate new revenue, while collaborating closely with sales teams and developing account management skills.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with sales teams to schedule qualified appointments, to produce real business opportunities
- Learning and developing account management and sales skills through our training and development program
- Certification and mastery around demonstrating our world class products
- Working towards promotion into an account management or sales role
Skills
- Prior experience working in a fast paced environment
- Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work solo and as a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
