Network Operations Engineer

The Network Operations Engineer will be responsible for completing documentation and connectivity tests, creating and troubleshooting network change requests, and coordinating engineering connectivity events among technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Completing PPSM documentation and connectivity tests per an established schedule
- Creating, tracking, and troubleshooting network and firewall change requests
- Coordinating and facilitating engineering connectivity events between multiple technical stakeholders
- Tracking, documenting and running to closure firewall tickets
- Documenting processes, procedures, and troubleshooting event logs
