ANALYST II
California Department of Social Services is dedicated to serving and supporting Californians in need. The Analyst II role involves supporting analytical and technical work related to training and development activities, assisting in curriculum development, and ensuring training materials align with program policies.
Responsibilities
- Support analytical and technical work related to training and development activities
- Assist in training curriculum development, revisions, and project coordination to support the training needs of county IHSS staff and internal Adult Program Division (APD) staff
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with program policies and best practices
Skills
- A Statement of Qualifications or Supplemental Questionnaire must be submitted along with your application to be considered for this position
- Describe your experience interpreting policies, regulations, or program guidance and applying that information to support program implementation or training development
- Describe your experience in developing or revising training curriculum and using e-learning software, such as Adobe Captivate, to create engaging, interactive self-paced modules
- Describe your experience facilitating meetings or trainings and collaborating with stakeholders
- Describe your experience supporting or managing vendor contracts, project deliverables, or external partnerships
- Describe your experience with managing courses within a Learning Management System (LMS)
- You are required to complete employment history on the application form (STD 678)
