[Remote] Local Inbound Sales Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Patch.com is the country's leading local news and information creator, serving more than 1,200 towns across America. They are seeking a Local Sales Account Executive who is enthusiastic about reaching and exceeding monthly quotas while maintaining a high level of daily activity to build a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and effectively qualify and contact all leads in a timely manner
• Contact all qualified leads a minimum of 5 times within 72 hours of receiving the lead
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals on a consistent basis
• Manage the full sales-cycle, from setting the meeting to pitching to the close
• Conducting outbound sales calls to assigned prospects
• Consistent daily call and email activity that continues to build a plentiful pipeline
• Focus on being a Patch ambassador while building a rapport with prospects in a transactional sales environment
• Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management by working with your account manager

Skills

• A natural born seller - This is a junior sales position for those with the gift to sell
• Ability to articulate yourself well on the phone while sounding positive, engaging and convincing
• A passion to succeed and achieve top results with a charismatic, positive, “can-do” attitude
• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience
• Must be a self-starter, possess high energy and focus, and be competitive in nature
• Must have the ability to quickly adapt to new processes or directions
• Online advertising sales background, SaaS sales or digital knowledge is a plus
• Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
