Vice President, Fundamental Equity Research - US Real Estate Securities

About the position The team are seeking a Vice President level Investor to focus on US Real Estate Securities. The role will be based in New York, reporting to the Head of Real Estate Securities. All prospective candidates must be able to work constructively in a team environment and the role will require travel. Responsibilities • Conducting bottom-up research and analysis to identify investment opportunities across the real estate securities universe • Developing and managing financial models across a defined coverage list • Implement and enhance the team's fundamental and bottom-up oriented investment process • Monitoring and adjusting portfolio positions • Working closely with colleagues across the firm to leverage the power of BlackRock • Presenting our strategies and capabilities to existing and prospective clients Requirements • Suitable professional experience, at least 5 years, with a history of excellence • Graduate of a rigorous Bachelor's program or equivalent; a relevant Master's degree and/or the CFA designation would be viewed favorably • Ability to demonstrate strong research, quantitative and analytical skills • Passion for real estate and financial markets • Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills • Achievement and team-oriented • Creative and critical independent thinker Benefits • Strong retirement plan • Tuition reimbursement • Comprehensive healthcare • Support for working parents • Flexible Time Off (FTO) • Annual discretionary bonus Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
