We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Coordinator to join our team as the lead for Organizational Culture, Diversity, and Impact. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the culture and impact of our organization, ensuring that we are fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for all. Conduct research and gather data to assess the current state of diversity and inclusion within the organization. Collaborate with various departments and teams to integrate diversity and inclusion initiatives into all aspects of the organization. Create and facilitate training programs to educate employees on diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency. Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees regarding diversity and inclusion matters. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to further diversity and inclusion efforts. Monitor and analyze diversity metrics and provide regular reports to leadership. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to diversity and inclusion. Lead and participate in diversity and inclusion events and activities. Maintain and update policies and procedures related to diversity and inclusion. Advocate for diversity and inclusion in all decision-making processes. Mentor and support junior team members in their diversity and inclusion efforts. Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into recruitment, hiring, and retention processes. Serve as a role model for diversity and inclusion by promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment. Continuously assess and improve the organization's impact on diversity and inclusion.
